With 86% in class 12th, you may need a score of 145-160/200 in NATA 2019 exam second round to secure admission in Sir JJ COA.

Yes, a non Maharastrian with a score of around 145-165/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams along with 90% and above marks in class 12th can secure admission in Sir J.J College of Architecture.

Hi Chandu,
Yes, you should write NATA exam to get admission in any architecture colleges. Also, with 93 percentiles in JEE Mains paper 2, you can not get admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture.
Yes, you can get admission in Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, Galgotia University, etc. to get admission in Bachelor of architecture courses.

With 137/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 97.78 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 91.3% score in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in Sir J.J College of Architecture.

Hi,
First of all congratulations, with 92/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 87.56 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam, you can surely secure admission in good colleges across the country. But Admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture would be a little difficult.

You are eligible to take admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture, but the cut-off of this college will go very high. So, you should give a try and participate in counselling. At the same time apply for some other architecture colleges like LPU and LNCT-Bhopal.
