As you have 100 marks in NATA and 80 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2, so you are eligible to take admission in JJ School of Architecture. However, you need to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly. In addition, you need to wait till the last round of the counselling process.

A score of around 135-145 marks out of 200 would be required for general category candidate to secure admission in Sir J J College of Architecture B.Arch Course. With your 95percentile in JEE mains paper 2 score you will have an advantage. I Would suggest you to try with your JEE mains paper 2 scores, in the mean while you can write NATA second round exam too.
