Yes, the college conducts a placement programme every year. Principal Architects or representatives from prominent Architectural firms from Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Goa, Pune, and Columbia have visited the college campus to conduct interviews and offer job opportunities to students. Gaursons India, Shilpa Architects, DLF India, and RSP Design Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd. are some of the well-known Architecture companies that participated in Sir JJ College of Architecture placements in the past few years.

However, the college releases a merit list to announce the names of the students eligible for admission based on the applicant's scores in the accepted entrance exam. According to Shiksha students' review, above 80% of the BArch students get placed every year. More than 90% of the students get an internship in the best companies. The minimum stipend offered to B.Arch students is INR 5,000 per month and the highest stipend can go around INR 15,000 per month. Further, the JJ College of Architecture placements are provided on the basis of the aptitude test and personal interviews conducted by recruiters. In addition to this, the highest package and average package offered during the academic year 2021-22 were INR 18 LPA and INR 8 LPA, respectively.
