Your Merit score comes out to be too low to get admission in JJ College of architecture. But don't disappoint I have a solution for it. I recommend you chandigarh university for pursuing B.Arch courses. Why I suggest you chandigarh university because This university is NAAC A+ university and its overall NIRF ranking is 29. Now that I've admitted it, I'd want to inform you of some general information. Excellent infrastructure (much is under development), mediocre personnel, the bulk of students are from Punjab (about 50%), there are enough canteens, and extracurricular activities are not prioritised.
Regarding the specific stream (b. Arch) you questioned.
First, the positives: fantastic placement programme, strong infra, lots of site visits and excursions, population from most Indian states.
Negatives include overcrowding, bad management, mediocre employees from the neighbourhood, subpar hostel accommodations, and a lack of a feedback system for when student
