Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology (Sir MVIT) is an Institute of repute in the state of Karnataka founded by Sri Krishnadevaraya Educational Trust in 1986. The course was asked by you is not available in SMVIT. The institute offers the following UG BE courses as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical& Electronics engineering, ECE, Telecommunication, CSE, Information science & engineering, Biotechnology and Industrial engineering & Management.

Sir, MVIT is better when compared with siddaganga, due to it's placements and also wide range of offerings and faculties also it's ranking is better than that of siddaganga. Hope you got your answer.

First of all congratulations on getting a good rank and yes you can get CSE at MVIT with a rank of 3735 in 1st round only, otherwise in 2nd round your seat is confirmed. Hope you got your answer.

And for better knowledge, contact desk of the college because fee varies college to college and it's purely college choice of how much they want to keep fees.

If you want CS or ECE then you can do one thing take any branch in your favourite college and score well in your 1st semester and change your branch (condition availability of seat should be there and you are a merit student above 9 CGPA) or else you can took CS IS or ECE in college such as JSS or some other (refer to COMEDK previous year cut off available on COMEDK website).
