Sister Nivedita University Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for admission to the M.Tech programme at Sister Nivedita University are:For the M.Tech in Structural Engineering specifically, candidates must have passed/appeared in B.Tech Civil or B.Arch with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. .

The eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme at Sister Nivedita University require applicants to have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. Additionally, candidates must have appeared in the 10+2 stream in Science to be eligible for the B.Tech programme at the university.  

The minimum eligibility requirement for the B.Tech programme at Sister Nivedita University is as follows:Candidates applying for the B.Tech programme must have passed or appeared in the class 12th examination with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the Science streamPhysics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are mandatory subjects in 10+24.

Any graduate with 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) and three-year executive-level experience is eligible to apply. The applicants must also have important documents such as Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and pass certificates, graduation mark sheets, CMAT scorecards, etc. to submit the application. The university accepts applications from only the students who meet the eligibility conditions.

To get a seat at Sister Nivedita University, the minimum marks required depend on the course and the admission stream. The admission is based on two ways: Stream 1, which considers JEE main marks and board exam marks (70% seats), and Stream 2, which considers only board exam marks (30% seats),  For BCA, candidates need to pass the 10+2 exam with a minimum of 50% marks in Science or Commerce stream with Maths,  For admission in B.Sc, BA, and other programs, the admission is based on merit/valid scorecards.
