There are no as such book for preparation of SET as you can go with an individual book for the respective subject like mental maths (RS Agarwal), NCERT of class 11th & 12th. However, I will suggest you to go with previous years papers of SET and solve them.

SIT Engineering Entrance Exam SITEEE is an engineering entrance exam conducted by Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) for admissions to its B.Tech programmes in Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering. Yes, SITEEE syllabus will include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (Class 12 level) as main subjects. There are 15 question each from Physics and Chemistry and 30 question from mathematics.
