SSIM has a strong placement record with a 100% placement rate for the past few years. The college has an excellent track record of placing students in reputed companies that approach various factors such as IT, consulting, manufacturing, banking, and finance. The highest salary package offer is INR 9 LPA and the lowest salary package offer days to INR 2 LPA.

Siva Sivani Institute of Management is one of the reputed management institutes situated in Hyderabad which offers MBA and PGDM. It provides the better placement, industry focused courses and experienced faculties. However, this institute is not alone in the race of top management institutes in hyderabad, IBS Hyderabad and IMT Hyderabad offer equal competition. There is no definite best institute for students as it is varies with the specialization, the students preference, and aims and objectives of the students. Siva Sivani is especially known for the placement and training and practical training for the students.

The passing marks for CAT in Siva Sivani Institute of Management are usually between 40 – 80 percentile .
