The faculty members in SKFGI are well experienced and educated with most of them having a post doctorate degree .They are supportive, cooperative and students friendly but there are variation in quality of teaching across various departments. Some teachers teaches very well whereas some teacher's teaching is difficult for some students to understand.

The SKFGI campus facilities includes boys hostel, in campus girls hostel. It offers indoor games like Carrom, chess and outdoor like Cricket Ground and Football Ground.Its a big Wi-Fi campus with a auditorium.
