Hello Meenakshi Gupta, normally speaking seats under this branch are in high demand and hence are filled up pretty quickly. However, sometimes seats are indeed available but these are under management quota. For such seats, you need to contact the management directly. Best wishes to you.

Hello Ravi Niharik, I don't think that government offers any free seats in engineering colleges. What government does offer is scholarships to deserving candidates. Almost all colleges have hostel facilities but students need to pay separately for this service. Best wishes to you.
