Probably, yes. But, you may not get the college which you like. Because, these Epacet seats will be allotted based on ranks and the preferences candidates choose. So, you may not get the good college as per your rank.

If you are a general Student it will be a tough call but as you've said in non-clinical department, You can get a seat in paramedical courses as well as in nursing courses you might have a chance of getting a seat.
