That means the last rank is taken for that particular branch of a particular category. From the official website of VVIT, the 2020 cut-off rank for OC EWS females for IT is 13570. So, you can't get a seat in IT in VVIT. If you want to join in IT in Guntur, Vignan's nirula and Vignan's Lara are best colleges.
