Yes, you can get seat in sastra university, as you haven't mentioned any branch preference. You can have a chance to get EEE/civil/chemical branches.

Hello Pavan Kumar, firstly I must say that you have obtained excellent marks in PCM. However the admissions in engineering colleges are unfortunately not based on marks obtained in 12th in PCM but are based on the entrance exam prescribed by the concerned state government. Hence you need to score well in this entrance exam for seeking admission in engineering college. Best wishes to you.

Hello Mumtaz, national testing agency conducts and declares results of NEET including cutoff. Meaning of cutoff is that students who have scored less than this can not apply for admission to any medical College. Hence if you are above cutoff then you can apply either to your state colleges or centrally for seats that are filled up on all india basis. Depending on the college that you can get, you gave to pay the fees. If a student is below cutoff then all the doors for admission are closed. Best wishes to you.
