Hi Darshan Nayak, Its a matter of straightforward math, There are 2400 seats in government clinical universities in Karnataka. Of which 15 %will go to the all India quota, now there are 2040 remaining. Out of these 1020 will come to general legitimacy, hence even with applicants exiting guiding to seek after designing and clinchers choosing all India portion. At most it could stretch to 1500 positions pretty much. Hello Asif, the exam conducting body for JEE Mains is national testing agency. They declare the results and also announce cutoffs in terms of percentiles for different categories of students. Those who have scored better than this percentile only are allowed to appear for JEE Advanced which is the entrance test for getting admission into any of the IIT.
