Based on previous years' trends, securing a seat at JNTUH through TS EAMCET with a rank of 14513 (OBC category) might be difficult for some B.Tech programs. The cutoff ranks for admission to B.Tech programs at JNTUH vary depending on the specific program, branch, and reservation category.  However,  for OBC candidates in general, the cutoffs for popular branches like CSE (Computer Science Engineering) or ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) can be quite high, often exceeding 10,000.

The minimal score needed to be selected for JEE Advanced at the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is hard to forecast because it depends on a lot of different things, like how hard the exam is, how many students take it, and how well they do. But just to give you an idea, the minimal scores needed to get selected to the IITs change every year and also depend on the candidate's category. The cutoff scores for candidates in the general category typically range from 80 to 90 points out of 360, while the scores for applicants in the reserved categories may vary from 45 to 70 points.
