Based on previous year cut off ranks you have chances to get a seat in GVPCE. As you didnt mentioned your category, I am asuming you as general category. Here are the previous year cut off ranks for different branches-
B.Tech Computer Science Engineering-20327

For admission in BVSC the candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks in PCB. You how got a good score in PCB and you expect 127 marks in KCET are safe score to get a seat for BVSC.
