The overall eligibility for SNAP is that the candidates should be graduates in any discipline from a recognised / Statutory University or Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for SC/ST). The minimum age of the candidates should be 21 years.

As per my opinion, I don't think you face any kind of problem during MBA/PGDM Placement. Being an alumnus I didn't face any Problem regarding this and some of my friends did MBA from LPU they also got the opportunity to work with well-known company. I advise you if you are a student of LPU you do not need to worry about anything. LPU is the best university ever I seen which provide the each and every facility in organised manner. There are a few sites online that provides you with mock tests of SNAP such as Crack, MBA universe etc. which can be very helpful and I would recommend to take a few other MBA entrance mocks which are available as they follow almost same kind of pattern.
