Hi Ankit,
As you have mentioned that you are going to complete your Bachelors Degree in 2017 then it would be good if you go for SNAP test in 2017 only because the eligibility criteria to qualify for the SNAP test says:
Graduate from any recognized / statutory university or institute with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
Programmes which require specific discipline/ subject specialization need to be checked for eligibility as given by the respective Institute. So it would be better if you complete your graduation first and then go for SNAP test.

Dear Akshat,
There is no restriction for open learning degree holder student to appear for management test. So, don't worry about it and just focus on studies. Do well in exam and you will get a good college for MBA degree.
