You should go for MA in HR as MA in HR has not much Opportunities. You can apply to colleges using your MAT score. Just check which all colleges you can apply with your score and also check your academic eligibility criteria. If you have a 50% throughout, then you can apply to BIMM, IIMS, XIME, XISS, etc.

Hello Nikita,It is indeed very nice to see your information to do your Masters in social work in spite of your background as an engineer. In the universities or Institutions abroad there is no limitation. They are quite open to give admission for the right person provided you fulfill the criteria. Admission to M.A. In Social Work in India in most of the institutes is done through an entrance test which is generally conducted in the month of June or July. However, there may be an additional round of Personal Interview which may be conducted by some universities.
