Yes, you can teach in schools by giving CTET entrance exam, provided that you have some degree or Diploma in education field. Then only you can apply. If you don't have B.Ed degree or any Diploma in education then do it in order to teach in a good government school with a good salary.

The name of Tata Institute of Social Sciences is amongst the best names. Universities like JNU, PU, DU, Jamia and BHU-Mumbai are also the names where research on social work is possible. Please note that there is a possibility of doing inter disciplinary research in social sciences and that makes it possible even at IIT and IIMs.

UGC NET Exam is conducted two times a year in the month of June and December usually. The UGC NET Exam mainly is conducted in the two phases UGC NET Paper 1 and Paper 2.
