Hello,
No course of distance education is exactly contactless. One has to submit assignments. Of course, nowadays many universities are accepting these in an online format to avoid problems of storage and disposal of physical submission. Some universities have shifted to an online mode of exam also. But yes, you can do a complete course sitting at home. In fact, this is the USP of the distance education format.

Hello Leo,
It's indeed surprising. Maybe you should attempt on another computer or go to a cyber cafe and attempt opening from there. I too am unable to open. However, I could open the page where different phone numbers are given.

Mostly, there is no age limit for postgraduate degree programs in India. I personally know working professionals who either take a sabbatical or quit jobs to complete their PG degrees. In fact, a few government organisations (partially or fully) sponsor full-time MBA/M.Tech degrees. So, there is this gentleman known to me who had a work experience of 15+ years when he enrolled for a regular MBA program in the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) that too with 75 % mandatory attendance and in the college uniform.
