B.Tech is a better option any day. B.Sc in CS will teach you a lot about computer application, hardware etc., and won't focus much on coding. On the other hand, in B.Tech, they teach you a lot of coding, data structures, algorithms etc. If you have to compare between B.Tech and B.Sc. Courses in CS B.Tech any day has a higher scope/ placement opportunities.
