Dear,
As you are interested in S/W field you better pursue B.Tech in C/S or IT. You may think for BCA followed by MCA which may give you a good knowledge of the IT field specially in S/W. But Indian IT industry prefers B.Tech more than MCA. So, considering the job potential going for B.Tech in CS or IT is better.
Best wishes.

Hi Sail,
If you want to apply any of the colleges in any of the city in India you must crack JEE entrance exam. Whereas, JEE is the best way to get admission into any of the college. You can also apply into private colleges by management quota. In this you have to pay heavy donation and colleges fees also

It depends on the skills and creativity of that software developer, there is one software developer that earns 4-5 Lacs per month and there is one earning only 50-60K per month. So, it is totally based on one's skill set.

Hello Rajesh,
Go for DTU its a better option than NIT. NIT, Delhi has 3 branches while DTU offer around 9- 10. Placements wise DTU being an established institute has much higher package i.e 1.25 crore by Uber and the package is in crores from last 3 years and other companies too offer good profiles
Academics and the co-curricular activities will be definitely better in DTU.

UGC NET for Sciences and other subjects demands a Post-Graduation and an OG Diploma, which is not equivalent to Post Graduation / M.Tech or M.Sc. Degree is not accepted. You should pursue a PG Degree like M.Tech or M.Sc. And then apply for NET-UGC Test.
