Go for B.Tech CSE. Now, next important thing is the university. Try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Tech degree. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or even during the course. IT is related to making software and being a developer completely, while computer science includes the study of both hardware and software. Computer science has had the highest cut-off compared to IT in most of the colleges in recent years. If you're only interested in software development, I suggest that you pursue IT engineering.

B.Tech there is Jee mains entrance exam for master degree there is no such requirement.
You can take admission in VIT Vellore on Merit Basis.
