Hello Karthik,
Different colleges use different names for the exact same course. You can opt for B.Tech / BE in software engineering, information technology, information science or computer science engineering. Computer science engineering involves hardware related subjects as well besides software. If you pursue BE / B.Tech, it is a 4 years course. If you go for integrated courses like (BE / B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech), it will be a 5 years course wherein you will be awarded with a Bachelors degree as well as a Masters degree.
I hope this answers your question to your satisfaction. If so, kindly up vote this answer. If you have any further q

No Indian university offers course such as Masters in software engineering. Lots of universities offer M.Tech in software engineering degree course. You will be eligible to undergo M.Tech in software engineering after doing B.Tech in IT or MCA or M.Sc IT.

Most commonly used softwares in Civil Engineering or design work are AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Primavera is commonly used software for managing Civil Engineering projects. SAP is most common ERP used in civil engineering firms for enterprise integration and business. When Civil Engineering firms are unable to purchase these costly software then MS Office suit is used for majority of Civil Engineering activities.
