You need to appear for MHCET, IITJEE or AIEEE and apply to all engineering colleges through DTE admission process which conducts counseling and seats are offered on basis of cutoffs.

There is no degree course after which you can become software architect. You are advised to do either B.Tech CSE/IT or MCA and work as software developer for few years to become expert software engineer. After few years of experience as a developer you can join software design team under software architect to learn basics of software architecture. You may also learn by self-study or certification on different architecture frameworks to grow into the role of software architect.

Check universities offering programs in English or learn the native language. You may check QS world ranking for university positions in these countries and visit their websites. Check National Central University in Taiwan, Keio University Japan, Waseda University Japan and ITMO University. Kindly, check the admission requirements on their websites and apply accordingly.

For ethical hacker, you need to take some other specialisation course. It will be a certification course. IIT JEE is required to pursue engineering in different fields.

As you are a B.Tech CSE graduate and if you are good in programming then opt for software engineering career else you can opt for CCNA.

Good software engineers from top engineering institutes such as legacy IITs and BITS Pilani are able to get max CTC of Rs 15 Lakhs in Indian IT industry for job location in India. Average salary of a software engineer fresher is Rs 3Lakh per annum.

As only few of the colleges in India gives software engineering branch. One of the best is DTU, Delhi. For this college you need to appear for JEE Mains and have to clear it with a good ranking.
