B.E in CSE is best.no matter u do B.E or B.Tech there is not much difference between B.E and B.Tech.B.E will be more theoretical and B.Tech will be practical.

Please specify whether you want software engineering colleges or software course institutes? and there are many languages through which software is made any specific language?

If you want testing job in IT industry undertake a basic course on software testing. Now days course on Testing Automation is desirable skill for testing career.

To ensure high quality software product, every software industry nowadays have a software testing team that have the responsibility to check whether the software product or service to be delivered is of expected quality and if it functioning properly or not.

You can get some experience in automation and also get experience of tools like SoapUI, Loadrunner. Also, there are certifications like ISTQB for software testing that you can pursue.
