Improve your testing skills and communication skills. Make a good resume and apply on Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. You can also do ISTQB Level 1 certification. If you clear the level 1 exams, your credibility as a tester will increase and companies will consider you as a good testing resource. All the best.

India is an upcoming market for software testing services, it is improving day by day and lots of companies are just relying on software testing projects. There are lots of opportunities for software testing on par with software development in the present scenario. The trend is slowly moving towards Agile Development, shift left testing, SDET (Software Development engineering in Test roles) and also an Automation tool knowledge would be very much handy to survive in the testing field.
