Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) are the two courses offered by the SOIL Institute of Management. A one-year course is the PGPM, and a two-year course is the PGDM. The PGDM is regarded as one of the most sought-after MBA programs. Instead of emphasizing conceptual understanding, the school emphasizes practical knowledge. Professionals with a minimum of two years of work experience are eligible for the PGPM. Based on the most recent scholarly research and industry best practices, instructors and leaders in the field create the courses.
