The Batch Size usually is about 46 to 50 students max for the BLP as well as HRLP Programmes. These programmes have shown tremendous results for students with a constant increase in the average placements. SOIL has constantly achieved 100% placements over the course of years with average package ranging Around 10LPA and highest CTC of 17LPA

As a student one thing I can assure you, your caliber decides where you go. I have seen people join with a CTC of 3.6LPA and leave the course with 16-17LPA as CTC. Keeping motivating things apart. SOIL averages around 10LPA with the highest package 17 LPA.
Its always a win win situation for a student with a prior professional experience at SOIL.

You can take admission through CMAT at SOIL for better placement with ROI, Leadership skills, faculty and SIP works. You will get different live projects with corporate seniors level. Cut-offs are relative with respect to the results and the applications recieved.

SOIL has adapted well with the New Normal and its evident from the batches splendid placement Statistics. The average CTC for the PGPM batch21 was 10.3LPA. The highest CTC-17LPA. SOIL has implemented hybrid classroom where the same physical classroom scenario is replicated with strict COVID norms along with keeping in mind students health and hygiene.

Yes, It Is Definitely worth it. If you are trying to get into a good b-school and you can afford it, I think you should go for it. SOIL Management offers a great platform to launch yourself. Also, it is a student driven institute that has now come a long way and you will get to learn Unique from soil management like 1-1 mentorship, Unique course, Leadership, IDP for every student during 1 year course.
