I would personally recommend you to keep SOIL as your last option as the placement opportunities are not very good and the college is not very established.

In Business Leadership placements are better compared to HR Leadership, but I would request you to go through the brochure, as in terms of ROI (Fee & Placement), both are almost equal.

As per the norms, it is mandatory to take any national level entrance test but there is no cut-off for the same. A valid score works well.
