Yes, you can pursue BCA from another college. But it is not sure that they will give admission in 2nd year or not. It is affiliated to different university that is Gujarat University. So, there are few chances to get admission in 2nd year. You can continue you BCA from Banswara. After completion, join another best college for master course that can help you for good placement. If you continue your BCA from Banswara, then you need take personal coaching fro the programmimg languages like C,C+ and Data structure etc. that are probably not available in Banswara. At this score it is very difficult to take admission in leading B-schools of India accepting MAT/CMAT Score.
Either you can retake exams like CMAT/MAT and take admission or wait for a call from the institute.

Both the institutions are not recommended, it is wise to go for top 50 B-schools in India to get lucrative opportunities and bright career with exponential learning.
