It doesn't depend on a particular stream when you complete a post graduation course rather it depends on your excellence in work so don't worry, if you are skilled then you will surely get hired.

Hi, ITM, Navi Mumbai is better option. ITM provides you with the PGDM degree in various courses like marketing, Finance, IT, operations, HR, RMM, IFM, IB. It'll give you a very good exposure and will also help in your future. The faculty guidance of this college is excellent.

Dear Akash,
It cannot be specifically said that you may get or not get converted based on your GD and PI, as it also depends on the other fellow students. But, your job experience can definitely give you an upper hand than those students who are freshers.
We wish you luck.

To settle overseas one needs to look at countries that have immigration friendly policies. Some of them are Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
Ideally you can explore the following options:
1. Apply for immigration, this process takes 18-20 months & in the meantime look for a job in India.
2. Explore pursuing a course in the said country and entry the country vide the student visa route. Once you reach there then you can explore for a job in the local market there.
3. Join employer in India who have branches in the said countries, and can help you internal transfer.
