Yes, you can work part-time while studying at the University of Bath. The university has quite a few part-time jobs to financially support your studies. You can work as 'Postgraduate Student Ambassador' helping with digital events and chats, 'Graduate Teaching Assistance', and 'Wellbeing Ambassador' and support events and activities run by well-being services. You can check the university's website where a lot of jobs are listed. Read: Part-Time Work Options in UK for International Students

These questions are always hard to answer because pretty much nobody will have studied at all of the universities mentioned. And I know almost nothing about Computer Science*. However, I could give you my first reactions to each based on some years of working in graduate recruitment and well, blind prejudice and (reputation), so here goes:
Bath: Clever students
Loughborough: Sporty students
Liverpool: Clever students, but lots of scousers
Glasgow: Clever Scottish students
Queen Mary: Londoners and foreigners
Cardiff: Party, party!
Lancaster: Northern students
Exeter: Posh students not clever enough to get into Oxford or Cambridge.

I'm sorry, I do not have access to the latest placement data for MBA agribusiness for the 2018-2019 batch. It is best to check the official website or contact the placement cell of the respective MBA colleges that offer this programme for the latest placement details. Please upvote if it was helpful.
