SOT PDEU BSc curriculum is divided into semester-pattern. Aspirants are required to study core and elective subjects throughout the programme and apart from this, a number of seminars also take place throughout the programme.

SOT, Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) BTech, MTech, BSc, MSc and PhD courses in several Engineering specialisations related to the Energy streams, for example, Nuclear energy, Solar energy, Petroleum energy, etc. Admission to these courses is based on scores of national-level entrance exams.
