Hi Varun,
A candidate with more than 3 years work experience can apply for employment in South Africa. The overall scope is quite good but you are required to clear the council exams and also keep check of employment opportunities before leaving India. Please consult with a visa agent to apply for the work permit and do some groundwork by checking job opportunities on job portals. You must also check the website of Health Professions Council of South Africa and know the legal requirements and all the necessary registration details. Also, check the South African Dental Association.

Henley Business School is part of the University of Reading in UK. Why do you want to study in the South African campus instead of UK. Also, if you want to study in South Africa, I will strongly recommend WITS Business School which is part of University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. But you need a very good GMAT score and academic background to get admission in WITS (above 650). But Henley may accept applicants with a lesser score. WITS Business School is to South Africa as IIM is to India.
