It totally depends on you, but, I will suggest you to take French language because. It is the second most widely learned language after English and the sixth most widely spoken language in the world. French is also considered to be the easiest language to learn.

You can apply for it. Application to Delhi university courses at the certification level requires candidates to have passed CBSE's or 10+2 exam with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks.

Admissions are to be closed because the last date of admission is ended. But you can try your luck by visiting the college and talk to the concerned authority or admission commute. If the seats are vacant they will give you admission.

The language courses run parallel to these admissions, some of them start applications early or as late as August. You would have to go and check with the colleges and take the form. You need to contact the colleges concerned for the same.
