Dual specialisation is better in terms of future concern because if you choose dual specialisation then you will be eligible to sit in the placement process of companies with both the specialisation. Your query seems to be unclear. MBBS degree is generally offered after completion of the MBBS course, not prior to that.

Generally, specialization is chosen in the second year of MBA. So, you get one full year to discover your area of interest. As you will go through all the subjects in the first year, so you will get a fair idea about your interests. So, right now the more important thing is how can you get into a MBA college rather than specialization?

any bachlors degree will do. but it will be better if u practice more with numbers . because math and specially stats. it applies everywhr. even in biology. no one is good. the more you practice the more it gets better. n not everyone eemembers everyhg about it. I forget al the time. so have to keep practicing
