Spoken English does not show any improvement without any regular inter action in English. You have to give a regular play to the language.Or else, it remains mere theoretical knowledge.I advise you to begin speaking keeping yourself in the limits of set spoken vocabulary.Begin making small sentences expressing your mind and don't aim at oration and public speaking in the beginning.

It is better if you get someone for you to interact. It comes exclusively with practice. It doesn't come merely with reading. Treat it as a skill.Do speak in English, even if others laugh at you for your habit. If you don't get anybody, practice with yourself for sometime.Practice while watching star movies.
