SMAT application forms are released online at the IISM website. Candidates need to fill the application form by registering on the IISM website and creating a login ID. Since, the SMAT is conducted every month, the registration window also opens every month for that particular exam session. Currently, the registration window for February phase exam is open. The link to apply is given above on this page.

A candidate who has a keen interest in Sports Management can apply for SMAT for admission to UG or PG courses of their choice.Eligibility criteria for UG courses is Class XII pass with a minimum aggregate of 50% for Open Category & 45% for reserved category in all the subjects.Eligibility criteria for UG courses is Graduation with a minimum aggregate of 50% for Open Category & 45% for reserved category in all the subjects.
