At the end of the day, it depends on the individual to make it a lucrative option. If luck is on your side and you are persistent, hardworking and focused, you can do wonders in any field. There are no good institutions in Bangalore, but there are plenty in Mumbai. You may want to check few of them and ask their students who can provide you a better clarity. To mention a few colleges -
1. Indian Institute of Sports Management, Mumbai
2. Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business, Kolkata
3. ISST, Pune
4. NASM, Mumbai
Few more you can do a little bit of homework and let me know if you need any more help on this.

Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding the syllabus defined for the SMAT exam pattern and question papers which should help you prepare better for the exam. You should also prepare a time table to help you manage the time available to you. Also, keep a close watch on your health and make sure you eat and sleep well. Practice as much as you can and leave time for revision a few days before the exam. Work on your weak areas, and strengthen areas where you feel confident. https://www.shiksha.com/college/international-institute-of-sports-management/exams/sports-management-admission-test-smat.
