CMR University provides sports scholarship to candidates pursuing a course from School of Engineering and Technology. Aspirants get a maximum waiver of 70% under this scholarship. BA students who are eligible for the Sports Scholarships are given admission on the fast track. That means they do not have to appear for the Sports Trial and Interview and their admission is done based on their application form and assessment of sports certificates for the last three years. Here is the comparison of B.PEd and B.Sc. Physical Education to make you decide which is better for a sports student:B.PEd (Bachelor of Physical Education):Focus: Teaching physical education and coaching in schools.   Eligibility: Normally it requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and may have a physical fitness test. In some cases, it might be a postgraduate degree.Curriculum: It will focus on pedagogy/teaching methods, curriculum development, assessment, and practical training in various sports and physical activities.Career Options: Physical education teacher, coach (school or community), sports administrator.B.Sc. Books of preparation for entrance exams: There are different books that prepare a student for entrance exams into physical education colleges.
