Both IISM and NASM are equally good. What would be the deciding factor is what exactly are you looking for as a specialization.
IISM's MBA would be helpful if you are planning a career in sports marketing, sports event management and the overall business of sport. While NASM provides further more education assistance for sports facility management, Sports Media and Tourism. However, both courses cover the basics of various aspects of the business of sport and do not provide a specialization in a specific stream within sports management.
Best would be to chose either of the two colleges and focus on internships and projects
