None of the university in Maharashtra offers such program and Mumbai University does not offer BBA. There is no last date and admission is open till the degree awarding university accepts application.

We have inter-college competition for football and cricket, and the team for the same is formed through CCA classes.

It is better to complete your engineering first and then you may go for MBA in any branch. After one or two years, BBA might also not seem interesting. So, it is better to complete one degree, be patient.
