DIT University provides Sports Scholarship to UG and PG students. Sports certificates obtained at state level maintain value employment specifically in the area of admission where there are stipulated quotas in the sporting category. Most institutions of higher learning provide 1-5% for students with prowess in sports and games. For example, Delhi University has allowed up to 15% of cutoffs relaxation to the sport quota applicants. In professional courses such as engineering and medical programs state level certificates may be used during counseling in case there is a free sports quota. However, there are some institutions that offer either scholarships or fee waivers. However, the exact benefit varies from one institution to the other depending on the institution's policies and category of sports recognized. It must further be obtained from an authentic authority to enhance its use during the times of admissions.
