The Services teams are there for most of the sports that you might be knowing. The Services football team is actually pretty good too. Polo is said to be the "Indian Army's gift to the world". The Defence officers are actively involved in sports. Many of them represent India in various games. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore was a Major when he grabbed the attention of the nation by winning that Silver medal in double trap shooting at the Olympics. So yes, if you want to play and you play well, you are given all the opportunities to represent Services and later, the country, at all the levels.

Yes, there is MBA in sports management and for the admission and getting good colleges, you need to some entrances test related to MBA like CAT/MAT/GMAT. You need to score well and after clearing it, fill up the forms of different colleges who accept the score of respective exams and they will call you for GD and PI.
