The placement scenario of B. E. in Mechanical Engineering in SJCE is satisfactory as a whole since more than 80% of the students are getting placed. The employers that offer employment opportunities to the mechanical engineering students include the Collins Aerospace, Bosch, and Mercedes-Benz among others. In detailed, in 2022, the maximum offered salary was INR 43 lakhs per annum, & the mean annual salary hike from INR 8 lakhs to INR 12 lakhs. Finally, the college also provides internships for the last year’s students to equip them the industrial need before they complete their studies.

Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering is located in Mysore which is a city in Karnataka. Being located in the city, the students can not only enjoy the college life but can also enjoy the city life as well. The students living in hostel can enjoy the outside college food or can room around the city. Students can very well enjoy the weather of Mysore as well.
