However, while calculating merit, marks obtained in Graduation only will be considered. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC/BC candidates. Candidate with less than 50% marks belonging to these categories shall not be eligible. Candidates should have passed Graduation/Post-Graduation in a relevant school subject.B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognized Institute.BBACandidates must have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board/ University/ Council.

Candidates who have passed their Matriculation examination and have also passed three year Diploma in any Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh or such Examination from any other recognized State Board of Technical Education, or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal are also eligible.BCACandidates must have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council.

A valid GATE Score would be preferred but not mandatory for admission.B.ArchCandidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University can also apply.
