Sri Sairam Engineering College considers entrance exam scores only for admission to PG courses. The college accepts TANCET scores for MBA and CEETA-PG for ME/ M.Tech courses. Once candidates have appeared for the entrance exam, they need to participate in respective exam counselling. The seats are alloted in these programmes based on the rank of the aspirants.
