At Sri Venkateswara College, the CGPA is calculated out of 10 points. The grade points for each subject are multiplied by the number of credits for that subject, and the sum is divided by the number of credits to arrive at the total CGPA. The university uses a 10-point grading system, with A+ being the highest grade and D- the lowest passing grade. Anything less than D- is considered a fail. CGPA is therefore the weighted average of the student's grades for all courses taken.

It depends on why you missed the exam. The University may allow a student to take a make-up examination if there is a valid excuse, such as illness or other extenuating circumstances. However, if a student simply fails to attend the exam without good reason, it will be considered an absence and may affect grades. It's always best to contact the university if you think you might miss an exam. Universities are usually understanding and willing to work with students to ensure that they complete their coursework.
